More recently, my learning has become fairly broad. From psychology (Snakes in Suits, The Brain that Changes Itself, and industrial organizational psychology), to leadership and business (general popular titles: Start with Why, The Goal, The Phoenix Project, Mavericks at Work, and many others), to technology (mostly online resources, numerous vendors), to philosophy and science (Enlightenment Now, Extreme Ownership, and others). Generally, there is always another angle to see a challenge from, and my hope is to round my understanding of any endeavor.

In short, it’s not enough to consider technical outcomes. We must understand the human toll and act accordingly if we hope to drive change.
