So much to explore!

The larger world is fascinating. I’ve enjoyed a fair bit of it at this point, and still feel like I know very little about all of this raucous cacophony of activity that we call ‘life.’ It seems that everything around us is in a state of constant change.  In American life, we are seeing tumultuous change with regards to our attitudes and social mores that are both driving and being driven by a seemingly other-worldly season of activism (political and social). Even industry is being rocked with change as ‘digital transformation’ emboldens companies to tackle new and wonderful challenges.

What’s fascinating to me is the sense that change is accelerating across the board. My hope is to bring something valuable to the fore with regards to understanding what these changes could mean, and the opportunities that they present.

My background is as a family man who is also in the tech industry helping customers implement change to their digital capabilities, so many of my thoughts will come from a technical perspective. I’ve progressively discovered a passion for the human side of the transformation coin, and you will find a focus in my writing on how people respond and change to technical and organizational evolution.
